1.  Street Address, including city.

2.  Why you are selling, and what you will do if you can't sell it.

3.  Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and size of garage or carport (1-car, 2-car, etc.).

4.  Repairs needed to put the house in top condition.

5.  Approximate payoff amount for all liens, if any.

6.  Total monthly payments, if any, and whether this includes taxes and insurance.

7.  Are the payments up to date?  If not, how many months are you behind on payments?

8.  Has your house been posted for foreclosure?

9.  If you have a mortgage, will you sell the house for what you owe on it?

10. If not, what is the least amount you could accept?
